Appointments:
When you book online we require a credit card to be held on file. This card will only be charged $40 for a late cancellation or no show fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 48 hours in advance so we are able to fill that gap with a client that is ready to come. We require our clients to keep a card on file for their upcoming appointments. Arriving Late: If you are more than 15 minutes past your appointment, you will need to reschedule your appointment and will be charged $40 Check-In: Please be sure to arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you have time to prepare for your services, relax and enjoy the full time allotted for your scheduled treatment. Services will be shortened to accommodate late arrivals. However, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule services. Cancellation: Body & Sole Wellness Spa respectfully asks for a 48-hour cancellation notice for services so that someone else can be scheduled in your place. “No calls” and “No shows” will be accessed a $40 cancellation fee. |
Policies: It is our goal at Body & Sole Wellness Spa to provide our customers with the finest service and most sanitary, rejuvenating experience possible. We have provided the information below for your comfort and benefit: Sanitation: In the interest of sanitation, health and safety practices, all manicure and pedicure equipment, cuticle nippers/pushers, pedicure tools and chairs are thoroughly sanitized and/or sterilized (autoclave sterilized) to meet and/or exceed New Hampshire State Board of Cosmetology requirements. Health Issues: Body & Sole Wellness Spa requests that you inform us of any current injury or ailment prior to any procedures or service(s) requested. This is to ensure proper care and service(s) are given and to ensure that scheduled treatments do not, in any way, interfere with or exacerbate any medical challenges or physician’s recommendation that you may have. Our clients’ well-being is of utmost importance to us. Home Care: If you or a loved one are unable to leave your home due to health, age, or physical disability, please ask about our in-home service option. |
